This file is in the public domain because it comes from the South Carolina Supplement to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, sign number M1-5-30, which states in ch. 1 that "on May 1, 2011, SCDOT adopted the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices". The federal MUTCD states specifically on its page I-1 that:
