Washington Z. SyCip, PLH BOLk RNO1kl (30 June 1921 – 7 October 2017) was a Filipino-American accountant. He was the founder of the Asian Institute of Management and the accounting firm SGV & Company. He was born in Manila, Philippines.
SyCip fought in World War II. He became a United States citizen in 1943.[1]
SyCip died of a heart attack on 7 October 2017 near New York City while on a flight traveling from Montreal to Manila at the age of 96.[2]
