Masami Odate (大館昌美, Ōdate Masami, born May 8, 1990), better known by her ring name Iyo Sky (イヨ・スカイ, Iyo Sukai) and her former ring name Io Shirai (紫雷 イオ, Shirai Io), is a Japanese professional wrestler. She is signed to WWE, where she performs on the Raw brand as a member of Damage CTRL. She previously wrestled in WWE's developmental brand NXT and competed in the second Mae Young Classic tournament in 2018, making it to the finals.[15]

Shirai is also known in Japan for her time in World Wonder Ring Stardom. There she was a former two-time Wonder of Stardom Champion, six-time Artist of Stardom Champion, two-time World of Stardom Champion, the first SWA World Champion, one-time Goddess of Stardom Champion, and one-time High Speed Champion. She was called the "ace" of Stardom. Her sister Mio Shirai is also a former professional wrestler.
During her time in WWE she won the WWE Women's Championship, the NXT Women's Championship, and the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship once each, the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship twice with Dakota Kai, the women's Money in the Bank ladder match in 2023, and the Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic in 2022 with Kay Lee Ray.
