Eddie Bernice Johnson

Eddie Bernice Johnson (December 3, 1935 – December 31, 2023) was an American politician. She was a member of the United States House of Representatives from Texas's 30th congressional district. Johnson was a member of the Democratic Party.[1] Johnson was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and The Links.[2]: 105

Johnson died on December 31, 2023, at the age of 88. She had recently been admitted into hospice care.[3][4][5]
