- Hello Bwark,
- I am a bit lost in the Wikipedia editing business. I believe you wrote the original article on Harold Innis. Subsequently, a part was moved to its own page--The Cod Fisheries: The History of an International Industry. I am not sure whether it was you who wrote: "...the cod fished for centuries off the eastern coasts of North America, especially the Grand Banks of Newfoundland." We, at Distributed Proofreaders Canada, are currently in process of digitizing this book for upload to Faded Page. My concern is with the phrase singling out the Grand Bank Fishery. As I understand it, going through the book, Innis addresses all the east coast fisheries, but spends some fair amount of time on the fishery prosecuted by resident fishermen. That was the inshore fishery, and not the Grand Banks fishery. A minor point, perhaps.
