I dig learning the history of my adopted neighborhood. I've contributed to all these articles (which are mostly stubby) which are somehow related to the history of my neighborhood:
I am a biochemical engineer in a US government lab, specializing in the processing and modification of agricultural commodities. My current research is in the non-food/feed utilization of animal protein. I'm an INTJ. I am also interested in wide variety useless topics, which is why I feel so at home with Wikipedia. I am an alumnus of UC Davis, Cornell University and the University of Arizona. My real name isn't Ike; Ike is my kitty-cat. I've been a slow, steady contributor since 6/23/03.
