Tsutomu Takebe

Tsutomu Takebe (武部 勤[1], Takebe Tsutomu, born May 1, 1941 in Shari, Hokkaidō) was secretary general of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party[2] from 2004[3] to 2006. He was succeeded by Hidenao Nakagawa.[4]
