Torpè (Sardinian: Torpè) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 160 kilometres (99 mi) northeast of Cagliari and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northeast of Nuoro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,757 and an area of 92.2 square kilometres (35.6 sq mi).[3]
