Teddy G. Allen

Teddy Gray Allen[1] (born 19 May 1936)[2][3] is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Army who served as director of the Defense Security Assistance Agency from 1990 to 1993. He previously served as commanding general of the 101st Airborne Division from 1987 to 1989.[4][5]
