Amaopusenibo Siminalayi "Sim" Joseph Black-Fubara (born 28 January 1975), is the Governor of Rivers State, Nigeria. He previously served as Accountant general[1] of the Rivers State, Nigeria. He is an ethnic Ibani-Ijaw, and was born in Opobo Town in the Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area of Rivers State.[2][3]
