Sergey Chebotaryov

Sergey Viktorivich Chebotaryov (Russsian: Сергей Викторович Чеботарёв; born on 14 October 1969), is a Russian statesman who has been Head of the Secretariat of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia since 11 March 2020.[1]

He had been the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from 7 February 2020 to March 16, 2020.[2][3]
He held the post of Minister of North Caucasus Affairs from 2018 to 2020, which he left due to the abolition of the ministry.[4]
