Raisa Opanasivna Kyrychenko (née Korzh;[1] Ukrainian: Раїса Опанасівна Кириченко; 14 October 1943 – 9 February 2005) was a Ukrainian mezzo-soprano singer and music teacher who is a recipient of the Hero of Ukraine and Order of Princess Olga.[2] The singer's vast repertory included compositions by modern artists as well as traditional songs from Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine.[3]
In this name that follows Eastern Slavic naming customs, the patronymic is Opanasivna and the family name is Korzh.
