Perry H. Smith

Perry H. Smith, Sr., (March 18, 1828 – March 29, 1885) was an American judge, politician, and railroad executive.[1] He served two years in the Wisconsin State Senate (1856–1857) and three years in the State Assembly (1855, 1858, 1859), representing Outagamie County. He was an unsuccessful candidate for mayor of Chicago in 1877.
