Patricia A. Wiggins (April 19, 1940 – August 15, 2013) was an American politician and member of the Democratic party. Wiggins served in the California State Assembly, representing the 7th district from 1998 until 2004, and in the California State Senate from 2006 to 2010, representing the 2nd district. Wiggins previously served as a member of the Santa Rosa city council.[1]
