Nikolay Potapov

Nikolay Mikhailovich Potapov (Russian: Николай Михайлович Потапов) (born 2 March 1871 in Moscow; died 1946, Moscow) was a Russian and Soviet military commander and served as the Chief of the General Staff of the Soviet Army.[1]
