Phanxicô Xaviê Nguyễn Văn Thuận, also known as Francis-Xavier Nguyễn Văn Thuận (pronounced [ŋʷjə̌ˀn van tʰwə̂ˀn] ⓘ; 17 April 1928 – 16 September 2002), was a Vietnamese cardinal in the Catholic Church.
