Nguyễn Sinh Hùng (born 18 January 1946) is a Vietnamese politician who served as Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam from 2011 to 2016. Nguyễn Sinh Hùng was previously one of the country's four "key leaders" (lãnh đạo chủ chốt), along with Party General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng, President Trương Tấn Sang and Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng, during the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam .[1] He graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria.[2]
