Mohd Isa bin Abdul Samad (Jawi: محمد عيسى بن عبدالصمد; born 14 November 1950) is a Malaysian politician.[1] He was the longest serving Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan for 22 years from April 1982 to March 2004 and was a Minister of Federal Territories (2004–2005).[2] Isa was a member and former vice-president of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition until 2018 when he quit to become an Independent.
