Mendsaikhany Enkhsaikhan (Mongolian: Мэндсайханы Энхсайхан; born 4 June 1955[1]) was the prime minister of Mongolia from July 7, 1996 to April 23, 1998, the first in 80 years not belonging to the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party.
In this Mongolian name, the given name is Enkhsaikhan. Mendsaikhan is a patronymic, not a family name.
