Larry D. Kramer (born June 23, 1958) is an American legal scholar who is the president and vice chancellor of the London School of Economics, commencing in April 2024. Kramer was the president of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation from 2012 through 2023.[1] Prior to that role, he was the dean of Stanford Law School (2004–2012). He is a scholar of both constitutional law and civil procedure.[2]
