Khodabandehlu Rural District (Persian: دهستان خدابنده لو) is in the Central District of Sahneh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Dehlaqin.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,389 in 885 households.[5] There were 2,939 inhabitants in 876 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,177 in 660 households. The most populous of its 26 villages was Eslamabad-e Sofla, with 419 people.[2]
