Hayden v. County of Nassau

In Hayden v. County of Nassau, 180 F.3d 42 (2d Cir. 1999),[1] the Second Circuit affirmed the district court's dismissal of a suit brought by White and Latino police officers alleging violations of the Equal Protection Clause and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
