Göksun (Greek: Κυκυσός, romanized: Kykysós, or Κουκουσός, Koukousós; Latin: Coxon or Cucusus; Armenian: Կոկիսոն) is a municipality and district of Kahramanmaraş Province, Turkey.[2] Its area is 1,942 km2,[3] and its population is 50,676 (2022).[1] It is near one of the sources of the Ceyhan River (ancient Pyramos), in the ancient region of Cataonia.
