Gonzalo Castillo (politician)

Gonzalo Castillo Terrero (born 20 November 1960)[1] is a Dominican businessman and politician. He was Minister of Public Works and Communications from 2012 to 2019. In July 2019 he sought the Dominican Liberation Party's presidential nomination for the 2020 elections.[2] He won the nomination, but lost the general election to Luis Abinader.
In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Castillo and the second or maternal family name is Terrero.
