Gaurav Mrinal Sharma (born 1987) is a New Zealand doctor and former Member of Parliament. Elected in 2020, Sharma was a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Labour Party, representing the electorate of Hamilton West. In August 2022, he made allegations of bullying within the Labour Party, and was expelled from its caucus in the same month. He briefly served as an independent, before resigning from Parliament in October 2022. He announced the formation of the New Zealand Momentum Party, an unregistered political party, in November 2022. In December, Sharma contested and lost the 2022 Hamilton West by-election.
