English: Naval Station Norfolk, Va. (Feb. 18, 2005) – Admiral John B. Nathman, far right, and Admiral William J. Fallon salute during honors arrival of Secretary of the Navy, Gordon R. England, during a change of command ceremony for Commander, Fleet Forces Command held aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). Adm. Fallon relinquished command to Adm. Nathman, and is headed to Pacific Command, headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he will replace the retiring Adm. Thomas B. Fargo.
