The Federal Security Force (FSF) was a paramilitary and secret police force in Pakistan, established in 1972 by then-President of Pakistan, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. It was created as a civil task force of the federal government, intended to serve as a substitute for the use of army personnel in civilian affairs, mainly to protect civil leadership such as the prime minister and opposition leader.
