Eveno-Bytantaysky National District (Russian: Эве́но-Бытанта́йский национа́льный улу́с; Yakut: Эбээн-Бытантай улууһа, Ebeen-Bıtantay uluuha) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion, or ulus), one of the thirty-four in the Sakha Republic, Russia. The area of the district is 52,300 square kilometers (20,200 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Batagay-Alyta.[2] As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 2,867, with the population of Batagay-Alyta accounting for 63.9% of that number.[3]
