Dawson is a city in and the county seat of Terrell County, Georgia, United States. The population was 4,414 at the 2020 census. Incorporated on December 22, 1857, the city is named for Senator William Crosby Dawson.[4] Dawson is part of the Albany, Georgia metropolitan statistical area.
Not to be confused with Dawson County, Georgia or Dawsonville, Georgia.
