In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Puga and the second or maternal family name is Martínez.
Bertha Puga Martínez (13 March 1909 - 9 August 2007) was the wife of the 20th President of Colombia, Alberto Lleras Camargo, and served as First Lady of Colombia from 1958 to 1962.[2] She was also the daughter of Arturo Puga Osorio, Chairman of the Government Junta of Chile in 1932. She died on 9 August, 2007 in Bogota, D.C, Colombia.
