Anatoly Konstantinov

Anatoly Ustinovich Konstantinov (Russian: Анатолий Устинович Константинов; 12 June 1923 – 22 October 2006) was a senior military officer who served as commander of the Moscow Air Defence District from 1980 to 1987. During World War II, he was a fighter pilot and a flying ace for which he was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.[1]
