The 2023–24 season is Chelsea Women's 32nd competitive season and 14th consecutive season in the FA Women's Super League, the top flight of English women's football. It will be Chelsea's last season under manager Emma Hayes as she is set to leave the club at the end of the season to become the new manager of the United States women's national team.[1][2]
