Yuri Baluyevsky

Army General Yury Nikolayevich Baluyevsky (Russian: Юрий Николаевич Балуевский; born 9 January 1947) is the former First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, positions he held from July 2004 to 2007.
