The South Scanian Infantry Regiment (Swedish: Södra skånska infanteriregementet), designation I 7, was a Swedish Army infantry regiment that operated from 1811 to 1963. The unit was based in the Ystad Garrison in Ystad. In 1963 the regiment was transferred to the Swedish Armoured Troops under the name of South Scanian Regiment (P 7).
