ศ. 2318–2319)) was the military conflict between the Konbaung Dynasty of Burma (Myanmar) and the Thonburi Kingdom of Siam (Thailand). It resulted in the first-ever military defeat of Konbaung Burma, and the end of Burma's over two-century control of southern Lan Na (Chiang Mai down to Lampang). Siam's victory signaled the ascent of Siamese power and the decline of Burmese power in the region.
