Dakleman IPA: /deɪkəlmæn/ is an engineer in the internal IT department of a well-known Internet firm, amateur mathematician (contributions in OEIS and Metamath), one-time "rocket scientist", some-time science forum administrator, one-time amateur legal correspondent (thanked and cited in Symmetry Magazine and elsewhere), competent in many physics topics and minored in Japanese and Economics. "Inventions" (not claimed to be original) include a better-than-shipped from manufacturer square root algorithm discussed at a San Francisco WikiMeet and virtual elevator to replace flights of virtual stairs. The name derives from the user's first online account — a BBS. The user shares a real-life name with at least one more-famous researcher, so apologies to that person if my stalkers ever become your stalkers.
