User:Calthinus/Epirote Greek
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Epirote dialect is a dialect of Northeast Doric that was spoken in the Classical Era. It outlived most other Greek dialects that were replaced by the Attic Koine, surviving until the first or second century CE, in part due to the existence of a separate Northwest Doric koine.[1]
