Todor Tagarev

Todor Dimitrov Tagarev (Bulgarian: Тодор Димитров Тагарев; born 18 April 1960) is a Bulgarian politician who served as Minister of Defense in 2013 and from 2023 to 2024. A political independent, he is a military expert with widely recognised academic credentials.
