Talk:Feminist archaeology
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hi, I'll be working on this Wikipedia page as a student editor for an archaeology class. I plan to 1) add a summary of works done by black feminist archaeologists; 2) add additional examples to the Historical Archaeology section; 3) fill in more info/citations for Household Studies and the study of masculinity sections. - Possible future tasks for other Wikipedia editors:
- shorten the example of Lucy Forster's homesite: two long paragraphs are unnecessary
- consider starting a Lucy Forster wiki page

This page was proposed for deletion by Allformweek (talk · contribs) on 14 January 2010 with the comment: almost all of the text is unusable POV It was contested by Cnilep (talk · contribs) on 2010-01-14 with the comment: Feminist archaeology takes a particular point of view, as do other forms of study growing out of critical theory or feminist theory. It is, however, a recognized area of study. The article may need work, but it should not be deleted out of hand. |
