The Sicels (/ˈsɪkəlz, ˈsɪsəlz/ SIK-əlz, SISS-əlz; Latin: Sicelī or Siculī) were an Indo-European tribe who inhabited eastern Sicily, their namesake, during the Iron Age. They spoke the Siculian language.
