Roy Quentin Echlin Evans (born 4 October 1948) is an English former footballer who played as a defender for Liverpool, where he also had a spell as manager. Aside from his time at Liverpool, he had a short loan spell at Philadelphia Atoms; and also later went on to manage Fulham and Swindon.
