For the former Portobello station in Wolverhampton, see Portobello railway station (Wolverhampton). For the former North British Railway Portobello station in Edinburgh, see Portobello railway station (NBR).
The Edinburgh and Dalkeith Railway opened Portobello railway station in July 1832.[1] It remained in use until 1846 when a replacement station was opened nearby on the NBR Main Line.[1]
