Mark Joseph Donahue (born January 28, 1956) is a former American football player. He played college football as an offensive guard for the University of Michigan Wolverines from 1975 to 1977. He was a consensus All-American in both 1976 and 1977. Donahue also played two seasons of professional football in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals in 1978 and 1979.
