English: Royal Red Cross 1st Class (RRC) Medal awarded to 22-12 Matron Cora B Anderson, NZANS, WW1 golden cross, 35 mm width, plain ring suspension, with ribbon Obverse- enamelled red, with broad silver edges around the enamel; a circular medallion bearing effigy of King George V. The words "Faith", "Hope" and "Charity" are inscribed on the upper limbs of the cross, with the year "1883" in the lower limb. Reverse- plain except a circular medallion bearing the Royal Cypher of the George V ribbon- 28mm wide grosgrain, dark blue with crimson edge stripes |
