The Flag Line ID of the Flags is completely incorrect. Whoever took the shot, or the Govt archives should have the correct Flag ID. It looks to be from left to right: the Stars and Stripes, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Marines, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Coast Guard but I can not see to be 100% sure.
The services listed are not for the flags but rather for the men carrying them. As such the "flag line" is correct.
