Fresh recode Own work based on: Government Ensign of the United Kingdom.svg (with code reduction), with the 55-unit diameter version of the roundel, as in the first version. The more recent file contains the flag in the original colours by David Newton; the version from one minute earlier contains the flag in the standard colours as specified on this chart.
