From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Battle of Muara, was fought on June 26, 1578, it would truly marked the end of the Castilian War. A Spnaish-Bruneian army under the command of Pengiran Seri Ratna was defeated by an army under the command of Bendahara Sakam. The army commanded by Bendahara Sakam previously fought at the Battle of Kota Batu on the same day. This battle is really not known a lot being overshadowed by the previous battle (Battle of Kota Batu, as a Spanish retreated to Manila in the same day.)
