Brześć Kujawski (Polish pronunciation: [ˈbʐɛɕt͡ɕ kuˈjafskʲi]; Yiddish: Brisk)[2] is a town in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship of Poland. Once a royal seat of Kuyavia, the town has been the seat of one of two small duchies into which Kuyavia had been temporarily divided. As of December 2021, the town has a population of 4,527.[1] It is situated on the Zgłowiączka River.
