Armenia–Artsakh relations
Bilateral relations / From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Armenia–Artsakh relations were the foreign relations between the former unrecognized Republic of Artsakh and Armenia. The Republic of Artsakh controled most of the territory of the former Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast (before the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, it also controlled some of the surrounding area).[1] Artsakh had very close relations with Armenia. It functioned as a de facto part of Armenia.[2][3][4][5][6][7] A representative office of Nagorno-Karabakh exists in Yerevan.[8]
