Andrey Vasilievich Filatov (Russian: Андре́й Васи́льевич Фила́тов; born 18 December 1971) is a Russian entrepreneur. Filatov is chairman of the Board of Directors of Tuloma investment company, and a co-owner of the Globaltrans company.
